This course supports EMDR trained clinicians working with developmental trauma and dissociation. Participants will learn how dissociative protection impacts readiness, pacing, target selection, and integration across EMDR phases. The course emphasizes phase fidelity, dual attention, fractionation, and containment, with play therapy integrated as a developmentally responsive way to assess state, support co regulation, and maintain safety during processing. Content is delivered through teaching, case examples, and practice invitations focused on clinical decision making.
