Refund Policy

At Innovative Child Therapy, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise.
Our goal is to handle all refund requests with fairness and care.
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • A duplicate registration or payment error occurred.
  • A participant experiences technical difficulties that prevent course access or completion and
  • cannot be resolved within 10 business days.
  • A written refund request is received within 30 days of purchase, and the participant has
  • completed less than 25% of the course content.

Refund requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with your
name, course title, and order confirmation number.
Approved refunds will be issued less a $30 administrative fee to the original payment method
within 10 business days of approval.
If a course is canceled, discontinued, or materially changed by Innovative Child Therapy, participants
will be notified immediately and may choose to receive a full refund or transfer enrollment to
another course of equal value.

Grievance Policy

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and high-quality learning environment.
If a participant has a concern about any aspect of a continuing education program such as content
accuracy, instructor conduct, course accessibility, or certification processing we invite open and
timely communication.
To submit a grievance:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “CE Grievance.”
  2. Please include your full name, course title, date of participation, and a brief description of your concern.
  3. The Program Administrator (Jackie Flynn, EdS, LMHC-S, RPT-STM) will review all concerns within 10 business days of receipt.
  4. If additional information is needed, you will be contacted for clarification.
  5. A written response outlining findings and any corrective action will be provided within 15 business days after all information is received.
  6. If the participant is unsatisfied with the resolution, they may request an independent review by a designee not involved in the original decision.

All grievances are handled confidentially, documented, and used to improve future programming.
