Adaptive Nudge
A journey through Past, Present & Future — exploring the realm between pain and possibility.
A supportive companion for your healing work. Each card holds a gentle prompt that lives between what was, what is, and what might become — for therapy sessions, journaling, or quiet moments of your own.
Hey there,
I created Adaptive Nudge as a reflective tool to gently support healing and self-discovery. This deck is designed for moments when you want to pause, tune inward, and explore your experiences with greater awareness and compassion. Rather than offering answers, the cards create space to notice what has been, what is present now, and what may be unfolding next.
Each card offers thoughtful, layered prompts. Some questions explore experiences that shaped you and the meaning you've made from them. Others focus on present awareness — your thoughts, emotions, and body sensations. The future cards invite you to consider possibilities, growth, and the direction you're moving toward.
The imagery draws from nature and grounded, calming environments, evoking a sense of safety, reflection, and quiet transformation. Each card is designed to meet you where you are and support your own inner knowing.
You might use the cards in therapy, journaling, movement, creative expression, or personal reflection. There's no single way to use this deck — choose a card that speaks to you, draw one at random, or move intentionally through each phase.
Take care, Jackie 🤍

Let them meet you where you are
- 1Pick one card. Read it slowly.Let the words settle. Notice what rises — a feeling, a memory, or a quiet thought.
- 2Let the prompt nudge you gently. It's an invitation to return to yourself, to notice what's ready to be seen, and what's waiting to soften.
- 3Use them your way.In therapy or on your own — for reflection, movement, journaling, or creative expression.
- 4Choose or draw at random. If something feels too big, you can pause. There is no rush. These cards are not answers — they are openings.
"You are not just surviving. You are returning."
