You’re an EMDR-trained clinician who wants to help kids heal.

But kids are not small adults. And when you’re trying to stay faithful to EMDR while adapting to development, it can get messy fast. More trainings won’t fix that. Clear monthly focus will.

EMDR Playground gives you one focused training each month, plus the level of support that fits your capacity.

Enrollment is limited this month so the space stays supportive and well held. Registration will close when spots are filled.

We stay connected to EMDR Playground right inside of the larger EMDR Learning Community hosted by Rotem Brayer.

You’ll get updates and you can read what other EMDR therapists are sharing.

You can join, look around, and see if you want to do more later.

You’re welcome here.

LEARN is for EMDR-trained clinicians who want steady, reliable learning without overload.
Each month, you get one prerecorded 3-hour EMDR and play therapy training, available by the first Friday of the month.
Each training includes 3 EMDRIA continuing education credits and 3 APT non-direct continuing education credits.
You also get a self-paced EMDR refresher that includes 3 EMDRIA continuing education credits, so your foundation stays strong as you deepen your work.
This level is about learning that fits into real life and supports good clinical work.

January 2026

Play Therapy and EMDR for Attachment Repair in Families

Focuses on dyadic and family EMDR to strengthen co regulation, repair after rupture, and attachment safety. Clinicians learn phase informed ways to involve caregivers while protecting the child’s voice and EMDR fidelity.

February 2026

Play Therapy and EMDR for Developmental Trauma and Dissociation

Supports clinicians working with complex trauma and dissociation. Focuses on readiness, fractionation, pacing, and play based strategies that protect dual attention and nervous system safety.

March 2026

EMDR and Play Therapy Target Selection and Phase Three Assessment

Deepens Phase Three work with children and teens. Covers target selection, assessment components, readiness, pacing, and dual attention using play as right brain access without leading or changing EMDR structure.

April 2026

The Resilient Self Building Nervous System Resilience Through Animal Imagery

Strengthens Phase Two preparation and Phase Eight reevaluation using animal imagery and play. Focuses on flexibility, recovery after activation, and documenting integration without bypassing or forcing calm.

May 2026

Nature Based EMDR and Play Therapy Integrated Across the Eight Phases

Explores nature as a nervous system co regulator across EMDR phases. Covers indoor, imaginal, and outdoor approaches while tracking safety cues, pacing, looping, and safe enough processing.

June 2026

Creative Arts in Play Therapy Across All Eight Phases of EMDR

Shows how art, movement, rhythm, and sensory play can support EMDR processing and integration. Emphasis is on phase specific use, dual attention, and avoiding interpretation while staying within scope.

July 2026

EMDR and Sandtray in Play Therapy Integrated

This course teaches clinicians how to move through all eight phases of EMDR using sandtray with fidelity and care. Sandtray is honored as a nonverbal language that supports regulation, targeting, processing, and integration when experience lives beyond words, without interpretation or loss of EMDR structure.

August 2026

Play Therapy And EMDR Documentation And Progress Monitoring For Child And Family Cases

This course supports EMDR trained clinicians in documenting child and family EMDR with clarity and fidelity. Participants learn to document phases, targets, readiness decisions, and processing outcomes in a way that reflects development and play based clinical data. The course also teaches practical progress monitoring to track regulation, attachment, symptoms, phase progress, and target shifts over time for stronger clinical decisions.

September 2026

Symbiotic Connections: Nature Inspired Tools for Attachment Focused EMDR and Play Therapy

This course supports EMDR trained clinicians in using animal imagery for attachment focused EMDR with children and adolescents. Symbiotic means systems shape each other, including nervous system, relationship, memory, and environment. Animal imagery offers a shared, beyond words language for regulation, processing, and integration with EMDR fidelity.

October 2026

Play Therapy And EMDR Storytelling And Bibliotherapy For Meaning Making

This course supports EMDR trained clinicians in using storytelling, metaphor, and bibliotherapy within EMDR with developmental and play therapy attunement. Grounded in the AIP model, it teaches story and symbol as clinical data for targeting, integration, and positive cognition installation while maintaining EMDR fidelity and protecting the client.

November 2026

Attachment Foundations in EMDR, Sandtray, and Play Therapy

A course integrating EMDR, sandtray, and play therapy through an attachment focused lens. Clinicians learn to deepen relational safety during trauma processing, use culturally responsive sandtray techniques to build resilience, and track transference, countertransference, and unconscious responses while staying grounded and trauma informed.

December 2026

Safe Enough Spaces: Strengthening Felt Safety in EMDR and Play Therapy with Children to Prepare for Processing

This course supports EMDR trained clinicians working with complex developmental trauma. Grounded in polyvagal theory and the AIP model, it focuses on building felt safety, co regulation, and safe enough readiness so reprocessing can occur without overwhelm. You will learn play based, phase consistent ways to track state shifts, protect dual attention, and support integration.

EQUIP is for clinicians who want tools they can actually use in the therapy room.

It includes everything in LEARN, plus practical, downloadable resources you can bring straight into sessions.

You’ll receive developmentally informed tools such as card decks, tip sheets, and reference guides designed to support regulation, connection, and integration with kids and families.

Resources are created in response to real clinical needs and are released as they are ready, rather than on a fixed schedule.

This level is about turning learning into practice in a way that feels doable and supportive.

THRIVE

THRIVE is for clinicians who want more support as they integrate this work and grow into what’s next.

It includes everything in LEARN and EQUIP, plus two live Zoom gatherings each month. One focuses on deeper clinical integration of the monthly training. The other is a creative, supportive space for writing, developing trainings or offerings, and exploring tools like AI and Canva in a way that feels practical and supportive. A safe place to ask questions, make mistakes, learn as you go, and move towards your legacy project.

This level is about depth, creativity, and growing without doing it alone.

Hey there. I’m Jackie. EMDR Playground is here to help you feel more confident doing EMDR with kids, with less guessing and more clarity.
We focus on one theme each month so you can actually use what you learn in session and have time to integrate in between. You’ll be supported by community, and you can add deeper support through THRIVE if that feels right.
Enrollment is limited to 22 members this month so the space stays supportive and manageable.
