What's inside
Sixty small ways to say "this is where I am."
Every card is a quiet, faceless illustration — a body in a moment, nothing more. No forced feelings, no wrong answers. Just an honest visual language for whatever's true right now.

How it works
There's no wrong way to go through the deck.
- Look through the cards slowly — there's no timer here.
- Notice what feels familiar as it passes by.
- Choose a card that shows where you are now, what you might need, what you have, or what feels important today.
- Point, sort, move, skip, hide, or set a card aside — the pace is yours.
- Use it in session, or on your own, for quiet personal reflection.
This is a reflection tool, not therapy. If you or a client needs support, please reach out to a licensed professional.
Where it fits

Designed by a play therapist for real sessions — slot it into whatever modality you already trust.

Visual, hands-on, and easy for younger clients to hold and sort.

A shared language for caregivers and kids to notice things together.
Trauma-Informed Care
Nothing here forces a feeling — the client always stays in control of the pace.
Personal Reflection
Just as useful off the clock, for your own quiet noticing.
Hey there
A note from Jackie
I made this deck as a gentle clinical tool to help children, teens, and adults notice where they are in the present moment without needing to find the right words. Sometimes our bodies, emotions, or nervous systems communicate long before language does — this deck offers a simple way to recognize what feels familiar, what feels true right now, and what might be needed next, with curiosity instead of judgment.
These cards can be woven into EMDR, play therapy, talk therapy, family work, or any trauma-informed approach. They help build emotional awareness, support nervous system regulation, and create shared understanding when an experience feels hard to explain.
Take care, Jackie
